We use a printing process called litho to get your design onto our compliment slips. In this technique, your artwork is transferred from a printing plate to a rubber blanket and then to the paper. This ensures it can be safely used in office printers - and it also matches the look and feel of our letterheads.

Your design can be printed on three types of paper. Standard is a 120gsm Edixion Challenger Offset; premium is 115gsm Splendorgel Extra White; and recycled is 120gsm Freelife Cento. They are all a tad thicker than the usual paper you use on your office printer, so they are flexible but with a pro look. All options are uncoated - the advantage of the uncoated paper is to allow you to write your message with any pen without smudging.
Our compliment slips are cut to DL size, which is 99 x 210mm. You can choose it portrait or landscape, single or double-sided.
They are usually printed with your logo, company details and space for a handwritten note. Use it to add a personal touch, with a bespoke message, to any corporate postage; just slip one into envelopes and parcels along with business materials or documents.
We print all materials in CMYK. If your compliment slips are sent to us in RGB or Pantone, our system will convert it to CMYK for you – but note that colours may be slightly altered.
Think of it as a safe area. Having your background colour or image broaden by 3mm from the cut line (all around) ensures there will be no white edges when your compliment slips are cut to size.

You can send us files in PDF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. If your compliment slip is double-sided, upload one file with two pages, one with the design for the front and one for the back.
