Your personalised folders are printed on 350gsm stock. This is a thick and resistant paper that gives great stability for your paperwork. You can choose between standard (silk) or recycled.
Yes. Our A4 presentation folders have a business card slit.
The paper we use is strong and bright without any lamination, but if you would like to reinforce your design with a layer of gloss or matt coating, we can defo do that for you. The gloss lamination has a vinyl-like appearance to it, making colours appear brighter. On the other hand, the matt lamination removes the shine of the colours, making it look muted yet classy.
Your corporate folder file should be set to CMYK. Our system can automatically convert RGB and Pantone to CMYK for you – but it may slightly alter the colours.
The bleed area is a 3mm margin all around the outside of your folder design, with an extension of the background colour or image. This ensures your customer folders won’t have white edges after we cut them to size.
Your presentation folder design must be at least 300dpi to ensure the design is sharp after print. Less than this will risk your print looking pixelated. Learn more about how to check your file resolution in our blog post.
We can accept files as PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. If your design is double-sided, please send us one file, with two pages, one page for the outside of your marketing folder (front and back covers), one for the inside and one for the pocket.
